Where is the jewelry made?
Our jewellery is made in the United Arab Emirates by skilled craftsmen and women. We only work with regulated and certified suppliers that adhere to strict ethical trading standards.
What is the jewelry made from?
All of our pieces are made from solid 18k gold (not filled or plated) and prices may fluctuate depending on the current gold price. The stones are exceptionally high quality Cubic Zirconium but can also be changed with GIA certified diamonds on request.
Do I need to be aware about product care?
18k gold is a durable and resilient material, but it is advisable to avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, chlorine (swimming pools), lotions, some beauty products and perfume. Wearing jewelry while performing physical activity, specifically with weights, might cause the rings to get scratched or damaged. To clean a ring, scrub gently using warm water and diluted dish soap and use a soft polishing cloth.
Can I customise or engrave my jewelery?

ORDERS & RETURNS
Which locations do you deliver to?
Currently, we are only shipping inside the United Arab Emirates.
How long will it take to get the jewellery after my order has been placed?
Each piece is custom made to fit your size. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production and delivery. Please read specific product descriptions and details before ordering. During peak and holiday seasons, there may be additional time required to process your order.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you would like to cancel within 24 hours of placing an order, please email us at info@theposhdarling.com and we'll try our best to accommodate your request. Cancellations after this time period might not be possible as the order might already be processing.
I need to change my shipping address…
If your order hasn't shipped, it will still be possible to change the shipping destination. Please email us at info@theposhdarling.com with verification of your identity and the updated address. We are not able to change a billing address once an order has been placed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been created, we will supply you with a tracking number with our preferred delivery service.
How do I know if an item is out of stock?
We don’t manufacture in bulk and each piece is customized to you. When you order, the piece is lovingly crafted to your size and specification and therefore is always available.
What's your return policy?
As each piece is customized to your size, returns are only accepted in the rare case there is a clear defect in the jewelry. In these cases, the condition of the returned item will be reviewed and the refund or exchange will be processed. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
How do I find out my preferred ring size?
You can download our ring sizing chart here, but it is preferable that you visit your local jeweler to get the most accurate sizing.
The ring I ordered doesn’t fit me.
We create the ring according to the specifications you share with us. If you'd like to adjust your ring size, an additional charge may apply.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the GCC including Bahrain, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. All orders are shipped via our preferred delivery partner. Additional fees for shipping, customs, duties, and/or taxes are dependent on the receiving country.
